Description:
D708 tungsten carbide hardfacing welding rod transition metal tungsten carbide of 65% -85%, sophisticated technology, easy slag stable arc! No preheating before welding, after weldingheat. High hardness, high wear resistance, erosion and wear. Good weldability. Anti-rock sand particleswear, extend equipment life 4-8 times.
Applition:
used for surfacing of strong wear resistant to rock mechanical parts, such as concrete mixer blade, bulldozers and pump blades, dredging machine blade, high-speed sand mixing box mechanical equipments, etc.

Kind Note:
1.Before welding,electrodes shall be baked under 300-350 ℃ for one hour.
2.Surfacing part of carbon steel for preheating temperature above 300 ℃, surfacing part of low alloy steel for preheat temperature of 400-500 ° C, surfacing part of stainless steel for preheat temperature of 600-650 ° C.
3. Low alloy steel and stainless steel need to annealing at 700 ℃ after welding.
