Manufacturing process
This is our blow molding workshop.
In the hardware workshop, we will finish making the steel frames, including punching, stamping and soldering.
And this is our spray painting workshop. Cleaning with phosphoric acid andthen coating with powder make the frames smooth and shiny.
The final steps are assemling and testing. We make sure thate every product we send out is to our customers' satisfaction.
