Features:

1. Hard materials (Mohs 1-10) can be ground by particle-to-particle collision of materials, with little wear and no contamination;

 

2. In a reasonable flow field, the air flow’s sharp expansion in grinding leads to low temperature rise, so it is very effective for processing heat-sensitive and low melting point materials;

 

3. With optimized structure and improved performance, this jet mill is capable of dispersing agglomerate ultrafine powder and polymers effectively;

 

4. End Face Sealing Technology (patent for invention) ensures the precision of classification without oversized particles;

 

5. Classifier rotor adopts one-step molding technology and uses the most advanced HL-56B dynamic balancing machine imported from Germany. This ensures a good dynamic balancing of the rotor and stable operation of the equipment at high rotational speed, so as to guarantee the stability of products. The adoption of imported high quality maintenance-free bearings ensures a long-term stability of the classifier rotor, avoiding the impact caused by normal maintenance of the bearing on equipment use;

 

6. With original classifying flow field technology, this mill can achieve better grinding efficiency and strict particle size distribution which can be adjusted between 2-74μm (the fineness can reach to submicron range), with little material loss;

 

7. Operation is under fully sealed negative pressure. Using new filter material, the collecting efficiency can rise up to 99.9%, leaving no contamination. The dissembling and cleaning is convenient;

 

8. PLC(Progammable Logic Controller) automatic control system makes it easy to operate.
