A: For LED flashlight, MOQ is 1 PC per model; we can mix colors for you. If you want to print your own
logo, MOQ is 50PCs per order. We can also do pantone color for you, MOQ is 500PCs per color.

2. What's the delivery time?
A: For products that are in stock, we deliver it within 3 days after order confirmed. For custom order,
quantity within 2000PCs, production time is 12-15 days after all details confirmed.

3. What's your packing?
A: Our usual packing for LED flashlight is a neutral white box, Kraft box or black gift box are also available.

4. Can we print our own logo?
A: Yes, we can laser logo for you, usually if the order MOQ is 50PCs, we can print it free for you.

5.what about the warranty?
A: Before products to be delivered, we check every single piece and pack them very well, and usually you
receive your order in good condition. If the product does not work normally, feel free to contact us.
Replacing the product with manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase.
Repairing the product free within 24 months of the purchase only in normal use condition.
Out of 24 months warranty, total repair fee is dictated by the cost of the repaired part.
