Oak Chips are used in the wine making process to add oak flavor
and essence to the wine without the need for a oak barrel.
They may also be used in some beer styles where toasted oak
is desired. Medium Toast. Greater surface area allows fuller,
faster extraction. Usage 3-4 oz per 5-6 gallon batch.
