In fact, with the addition of alkaline substances in the papermaking process, dust has become a more significant problem. Studies have proven that poor surface finish on top knives and bottom belts can exacerbate dust problems. Our slitter knives are made of high quality tool steel. These knives are made from a variety of metallurgical materials to provide our customers with the ideal balance between cost and tool life. Goodklife has over 30 years experience with the expertise in heat treating and grinding to produce the slitter knives in the market.

Our slitting experts can recommend various bevel configurations, single bevel, double bevel or double hollow bevel, to optimize cut quality. Polished, super-finished and proprietary coated knives are available to reduce adhesive build-up and reduce dust generation due to slitting operations. HEAT TREATMENT ASSURANCE
Goodklife's heat treatment workshop is fully equipped with various heating, annealing, quenching and tempering equipment, and is equipped with a number of experienced professional senior engineers. After years of experience summarization, the company's unique heat treatment process has been formed. Blades with a thickness of less than 100 mm can be fully hardened into the core, which can ensure that the performance of the blade is the same until it is ground to the minimum size.
