Content: <8%-12%, or need Sun drying or need a dryer

Shape: hexagonal or square

Outside Diameter: 40-80mm

Hole diameter: 15-20mm

Pini Kay Briquette Machine Working Principle

After heating at first, when the sawdust of other materials at diameter of 0-5mm be send into the briquette machine, the materials will be hesting in the mold ,then it be mold into briquette:sawdust stick with a hole in the middle.

The process for producing charcoal 

Raw Material →Crusher Machine → Dryer Machine → Briquette Machine→ Carbonize Stove → 

Charcoal

 

1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)

2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%

3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine

4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

5.Carbonized the briquette stick
