CYG Heat shrink sleeve is made from Union Carbide Carbid LDPE with high anti-corrosion performance. CYG heat shrink sleeve for ms pipes is mainly used in coating the weld joint of buried steel pipeline and insulated pipeline .
CYG Heat shrink sleeve Features:
Heat shrink sleeve enjoys good performance of sealing, wide application, easy to operate and preheating temperature, long term protection against corrosion as Raychem heat shrink sleeves.
Most important of all, CYG enjoys the technology of producing 80 °C high temperature heat shrink sleeve for ms pipes.
CYG heat shrink sleeve DVGW standard, which is a very authoritative pipeline anti-corrosion certificated.
Cross-linked backing of heat shrink sleeve provides superior abrasion, mechanical and chemical attack resistance.
High performance adhesive provides excellent resistance to Cathodic Disbondment to ensure long-term corrosion protection.
Open sleeve allows it to be applied after the pipes been welded and cleaned.
Structure of the Heat shrink sleeve :
The inner layer is two-components epoxy primer,solvent free epoxy primer and curing agent , which coated on steel pipes;
Intermediate level of the heat shrink sleeve for ms pipes is special hot melt adhesive;
Outer layer is modified radiation crossing linking polyethylene backing.
