Description for waste tyre,rubber,plastic pyrolysis plant

 

 

 

a. Put material to reactor manually or by auto feeder, close the loading door and start heating.

 

b. Pyrolysis is start when you heating the reactor. Control temperature by control box and energy volume.

 

c. The oil-gas will go through catalysis chamber and cooling system and was cooled to oil, then was

    collected in oil tanks.

 

d. Waste smoke and dust will be cleaned in dedusting system.

 

e. Water water will be cleaned three times and readded to machine.

 

f. Waste gas will be re-burnt as fuel to heat reactor.

 

g. After one batch of producing, residue( most are carbon black) will be discharged

    automatically from slagging door to a pond.

 

h. Wires from tire can be drew out before producing by steel wire drawer. If not,

    the wire will be pulled out of  reactor after one batch of producing.

 Safety:

 

1. With an auto welding machine for the reactor, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency 

     but also guarantee the quality of welding seam, thus avoid explosion caused by gas leak.

 

2. Professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber are especially for welding 

 

3. Vacuum system will prevent oil gas from going back to reactor and causing accident.

 

4. Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.

 

5. It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas(C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process,

     it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle.

     Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

 

 Environment friendly:

 

1.Well water de-dusting system can avoid black smoke.

 

2.The exhaust gas will be recycled for heating reactor, no gas pollution

 

3.Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.

 

 Long service life:

 

1.Material: Q245R special steel plate ,thickness 14mm.

 

2.Welding: Automatic welding machine with heating treatment and x-ray detection will prolong

    the service life of reactor to the max.

 

3.The service life of the reactor will be 8 -10 years

1. Well sealing for heating system , no gas leak and saving fuel.

 

2. The exhaust gas will be recycled for reactor heating .

 

Main new technologies of XD-20 tire pyrolysis plant

 

a. Auto feeding machine, it use the 60t high liquid pressure,so can feed all kinds of materials, even the

    whole tire.For Its special making material,it can be operated in high temperature maxing to 350 celcius.

 

b. Totaly sealed for the using of auto-welding and x-ray detection in the whole making process. Zero

    polution and Zero emissions  will be realized in the pyrolysis process very easily.

 

c. There are three crude oil tank,the first will be filled in the heavy oil, and the other two tank will be filled

    with the liaght oil, so it will reduce the occurrence of jams and prolong the life of machine.

 

d. There are some cooling pipes and two cooling condensers to prolong the oil gas cooling time, to

    ensure the amount of produce of crude oil. 

 

e. Micro negative pressure device is connected with the oil water separator,when the pressure up to a 

    certain degree, it can reduce the pressure very soon. When you opening the door of reactor, the

   device can ensure that there is no gas leak.

 

f. Anti-back fire device is one of our special design, it can recycle the tail gas, so it will be more

   energy-saving. And it will cool the tail gas to avoid the blast of the burning of tail gas(C1 to C4)

 

g. Carbon black removal machine takes the principle of vacuum, it will take the carbon black from the

    slagging pit automatically,and then you can bag the carbon very conviniently.
