Features:
1.Stronger PLC software support, may realize the ideal filling operation.
2.The touching operation color screen, can display the production state, operation procedures and filling ways, tableau objective, operation simple and maintenance convenient.
3.Each filling-head is equipped with a bottle-mouth-clamping device, ensuring the injecting material correct aiming at.
4.This machine suits for the filling of different sizes of vessel, may change the filling sizes within a few minutes.

A hopper for storing materials
316L stainless steel hopper, inner wall with heat pipe and oil, heat preservation according to the temperature required by the
material. Agitator bar can prevent the thick liquid solidification, increase the fluidity of the material.


Filling Machine
Filling nozzles with anti-dripping design,we can customize multiple filling nozzle as production needs.Each nozzle of this machine
can be controlled separately.


Capping Machine
To be different from traditional capping motor , Paixie uses magnetic motor in torquing , you can set all power as the cap need so
that we prevent cap from broken or liquid leaking beucase of toure over or few.


Cap Hopper
Large capacity, automatic replenishment of caps to the vibrating hopper, no need to supply caps very frequently, suitable for
high-speed capping machines.


Conveyor
The conveyor width can be adjusted according to the bottle diameter. The transferring speed is adjustable by operation panel.
