copper and tungsten welding rod alloy hardfacing electrode
Product details:
YD type cemented carbide composite surfacing electrode (referred to as YD type electrode) is made of a mixture of granular sintered cemented carbide and elasticized carcass alloy. A special layer of flux is applied and colored to identify the particle size. The sintered cemented carbide particles are mainly cobalt-containing tungsten carbide, and its hardness is HRA89-91; the carcass metal is "nickel-copper" alloy, the tensile strength is 690 MPa, and the hardness is HB ≥ 160.

Product advantages:
1. The alloy granule material is made of high quality YG8 original material top hammer, and the material is pure and clean;
2, the alloy particles are full of multi-granular particles, the cutting effect and wear resistance are very good;
3. The incorporation of copper and alloy particles is very good, the package is very uniform and the welding effect is good.

Application ranges:
Cemented carbide or cemented carbide crushed particles are prepared by sintering with a nickel/silver/copper alloy. Sharp carbide or carbide fracture particles have good wear resistance and cutting performance.
Cemented carbide with a sharp edge can be used for conditions requiring cutting, or carbide with a slightly blunt edge for cutting.
YD-type welding rods are mainly used for surfacing welding of oil, mining, coal mining, geological, construction and other industries with some severe wear or cutting workpieces. Typical for downhole tools such as wells, hole openers, waste treatment plants, cutting tools, fishing tools and centralizers.
E.g:
Surfacing welding of large particle oil pipeline cleaning equipment
Surfacing welding of small particles of large mixer
1mm small pellets exported to the UK for some kind of tree root grinding machine
Mainly used in the oil industry and machinery processing wear resistance;
widely used for cutting and wear parts in oil, mining, coal mining, geology and building industry.
