FEATURES AT A GLANCE


Minimum Consumption of Energy
It takes only 0.1~2 seconds power supply for the mag and demag proces. After that, the
electric permanent magnet is completely disconnected from the controller, and the
electric permanent magnet is completely uncharged. No electric energy is needed in the
suction process.
Convenient
Control Electro permanent lifting magnets can be operated / controlled at its front panel or by a wireless remote control (Optional).



DEMAG in Safe Operation
For better safety, DEMAG button and UNLOCK DEMAG button must be pressed simultaneously to demagnetize  electro permanent lifting magnets and release loads.
Landing detection function
Is the safety contact that allows the magnetization or demagnetization only when the landing detection indicator is normal.

Safety
No electricity is consumed during the working period. Electricity shutdown won’t affect the operation of the magnet system or the

Electricity is essential for the operation of
the magnet. When in shutdown, the magnetization will stop. The work load may fall down without a battery backup supply.
Reliability
No natural or electrical factors affect the magnet while it is operation and the reliability is quite stable.
An increase in temperature due to electric
current flow or ambient temperature, may affect the operation of the magnet, and the coil or the electrical controls could open
circuit or burn out. It is not as reliable.
Maintenance
Minimum maintenance is required and the running cost is low.
The coils and battery need to be tested
periodically and the cost can be expensive.
The Operational Cost
No electricity is consumed while operating the magnet. The total electricity consumption is 5% of the electromagnetic systems.
