Product Description:
(1) All parts of the filling machine touch with the material adopt high quality stainless still. Through the polishing treatment the surface become easy to clean. Sealed material is rubber or EPDM material.
(2) Using programmle controller as the central control,using pressure transmitter, electromagnetic chaos pneumatic servo measurement level to maintian the balance of filling pressure in order to ensure the stability of the liquid surface.
(3) Designed new filling valve for plastic bottle, return-air and filling tank liquid are separation to ensure the cleaning of filling materials.
(4) The filling machine adopts advanced magnetic clutch-type screw cover head, torque is adjustable. Screwing cap is safe and reliable.
