What Is Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (commonly known as SLS) is a widely used and inexpensive chemical found in many mainstream personal hygiene products such as shampoos, toothpastes, mouthwashes, bodywash, soaps, detergents and body wash , along with Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) and Ammonium Laurel Sulfate (ALS).

Properties:
SLS is a kind of anionic surfactant with excellent detergency, emulsification,osmosis, dispersing,and foamability performances. It is white or yellowish viscous light powder, has irritative odors,can be easy to dissolve in waterand solution is translucency,compatibility with anion and non-ionic, fast biodegradation,has good resistance to hard water.
