1.Can we get some samples? Any charges? Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost.
2.How can we get a quote? Please offer the specification of the product, such as Artwork of labels, label material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, and usage of the labels etc.
3.What format of artwork? AI; PDF; CDR; high DPI JPG.
4.Can you help us design the labels? Yes, We can design the labels according to your requirements and production information
5.What's the trade term and payment terms? 100% TT for small quantity order, 50%TT advance for big quantity order, and balance to be paid before shipment.
6.May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation? Yes, we will charge you the new design samples cost ,for details please contact our salesman.
7.What about the Delivery time? Standard production time is 5-7 days, depends on the Artwork, Quantity.
8.How can i know if my goods have been shipped? Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. B/L Number after shipment.
9.What is the shipment method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option? For small quantity shipment by Courier such as DHL , TNT, FedEx,UPS, Etc 3-5days For big quantity by sea 7-40 days
