Our beans color sorter, also known as a pulse color sorter, 

is a type of CCD color sorter,

 having the following characteristics:

1.Color high-resolution CCD image acquisition system

Our beans color sorter uses color CCD image acquisition system, 

which can acquire full color information of red, green and blue material. 

This enables our sorter to better suit customers’ requirements

With a max resolution of 0.15mm, it can accurately detect the small 

defects and spots of beans .The high precision lens helps ensure the

 image more clear and accurate.

2.Specialized image processing algorithm

Considering the complexity of beans , we use complicated regional

 classification method and realize material analysis and classification

 within the color gamut, so the accuracy of material identification is assured.

3.Unique feeding system

Due to its adjustable module design, the feeding system can accommodate

 various kinds of beans for a wider application range of beans color sorter.

Special chute design ensures the uniformity of material flow,and thus, 

the best image accquistion and defective material rejection effects can be achieved.

4.Optional quality ejector

For materials of small grains , the imported high frequency ejector is more effective .

For materials of larger grain ,the imported large air flow high frequency ejector is more effective .

5.High rejection rate

High rejection rate is accomplished as a result of our high resolution CCD, 

unique feeding system , specialized algorithm and ejector
