USAGE

This extruder machine is suitable for making PE air bubble film, the air bubble film is widely used for packing, making bags.etc.

 

FEATURE

1.Main motor, bubble forming roll motor and traction motor adopt pioneer® knob type frequency inverter speed controllers.

2.Screw and barrel: Ratio 30:1, material 38CrMoAl Polished with Nitride Treatment, Hardness>900, supplied from zhoushan city.

3.Screw heating zones adopt stainless steel and cast AI. heating loops, and the Three-way adopts Cast AI. heating loop.

4.Gear box: Hard teeth gear surface gear box with coolant from Wanda®, Jiangsu province.

5.Die mold: imported mold steel, surface treatment of flow channel: hard chrome-plating.

6.Machine with three pieces air bubble film forming rolls, can make three different diameter bubble film rolls.

7.Bubble forming and traction station with rails, use electric motor to move forward and backward.

8.Traction system is three mirror rollers guiding, to make sure the film surface is smooth and average rewinding

9.With meter counter for counting the bubble film length.

10.All temperature controllers adopts intelligent double digital display controllers, to control the heating temperature automatically.

11.All electric equipment adopts famous brand high quality parts, supplied by CHINT®.

12.Rewinder system adopts double stations non-stop revolving rewinding rollers system, speed be controlled by Torque motor.

13.For better machine performance, we provide more parts for options, such like suction material feeding, waste edge slitting and rewinding, waste film edge crusher and reuse system, filter change system. etc.
