    Yes,you can get available samples,Free for ceramic samples,but freight cost.

    Other metal products need sample cost.

     If no drawing,please  supply the specification of products,such as material,size,shape,  quantity,            surface finish,etc.                                  

 

3 If i have no drawing,Can you help with the design?

   Yes,we have professional designer to help your design.

 

4 What is the trade terms and payment terms?

   30% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing,the rest of depoist to be paid before shippment.

   Accept T/T .west union,money gram,L/C,paypal,Cash,other can be negotiated

 

5  What about the lead time?

   It depends on products,Normally 10-15 days after comfirmation of drawing and payment.

 

6 How Can i know if Our product have been shipped?
