Q1: What is the MOQ of your engineered wood flooring products?
Answer: 500 M2 for standard products, 1000 M2 for customized products
Q2: What is the delivery time ?
Answer:30-45 days, it various according to the material and quantity requirement
Q3: What is your payment terms?
Answer: We prefer T/T payment, oftenly we ask for 30% deposit for full container order.
For LCL order, we prefer full payment before production.
Q4: Do you offer free samples?
Answer: Small samples for free, freight collect or prepaid by customer. Big samples (Like cartons of sample), we might require basic cost of manufacturing.
Q5: Do you have any certification ?
Answer: We have FSC, CE, ISO9001: ISO2000 certification.
