It is used to measuring the green ray absorbent about detection line and quality control line of medical conjugate strip which is an optical bio-sensor based on the theory of reflection photometer.It is made of rechargeable batteries,mini-printer and so on.To sum up,it is a portable rapid testing instrument .

 

 

 

Constituent parts: mini-printer, LCD,PVC keyboard, circuit board which fixes 

                                  on the plate and optical modules and so on.

 

Principle:gold shows strong adsorption properties in the level of nanometer.

                 Both experiment and theory prove gold nanoparticle has strong 

                 absorb-ability to green ray.The machine detect the diffusing light 

                 of  colloidal gold by measuring the immune chromatography test

                 paper,than figure out the T-OD and C-OD, through the standard 

                 working curve built-in ,calculated the concentration of the target 

                 object in the tested samples.

 

 

 

The machine uses imaging to test the distribution of the gold particle on Band-T and Band-C,the length of the examination area is 14.1mm,the width is 2.7mm. The picture shows the optimum of the strip layout, the distance between Band-T and Band-C is about 5mm.When the specification test strip differ from this,the database should be adjusted.
