Product Description
ZJ-FF Series Flat Face Hydraulic quick coupler 1/2" skid steer loader connect Bobcat coupling :
l New valve design, it can bear impulsive force from high speed flow of fluid and pulsating pressure to provide higher performance.
l Sleeve locking mechanism is engaged by rotating sleeve after connection. It prevents accidental disconnection when , the coupling is dragged along the ground.
l The sleeve locking mechanism is designed to prevent dirt get into inside of mechanism, because the dirt may cause misoperation when connecting or disconnecting.
l Anti-blasting BFT sealing ring is supposed to avoid blasting or damage in a dangerous working condition.
l Quenching treated plug and sleeve and steel coupling can bear hydraulic and mechanical shock.
l Durable ball locking mechanism is the guarantee of reliable connection every time. Steel locking balls equally divide operation, meanwhile, provide alignment and rotating action to reduce torsion resistance of pipe and increase pipe service life. CAUTION: this kind of product cannot be used as a rotating coupling, because rotating under pressure will over-wear the coupling.
l Flat valve works when connecting or disconnecting. This means loss little fluid when disconnecting and little air sneak into coupling when reconnecting.
l New galvanizing technology and better anti-corrosion performance.
l These couplings reach ISO16028 standard.
l The same function and can interchange following foreign products: PARKER FE Series, FF Series, STUCCHI A8008 Series, AEROQUIP FD89 Series and HANSEN QA2900 Series.
