1 The porthole have good ability of weather tight and enough strength.

2 The porthole are clean and smooth,the roughness(Ro) of surface should be less than 12.5um

3 The surface of spare parts don't have any cast flaws like chine ,slice and burning.The surface of casting don't have any flaws that will afect the toughness like sand holes ,air holes,chines and loose.

4 To guarantee the weater tight of the porthole ,the portholes use the rubber packing that resistant to sea water and UV.

5The porthole adopt the toughened safe glass with quality certificates.

6The steel spare parts of our porthole will carry out Hot-dip zinc processing according CB/Z 343.And the aluminum parts will carry out anodic oxidation processing according CB/Z.
