Shandong Xingyu Mechanical Technology was founded in 1996, locates in Zibo,Shandong,China.
We are the manufacture which make Concrete Hollow Core Slab Machine, Concrete Column Machine, Concrete T-beam machine etc.
The work method of our machine is pushing and vibration, this method was invented by our company's founder Mr.Guo Xingyu. This kind of method is our patent, we also got the prize issued by CABR(China Academy of Building Research).
We also produce extrude machine, we use extruding method in our round-shape tube mahcine.
In 2007 here "Zibo Concrete Prefabrication Machine Research Institute" is founded with the cooperation partner Shandong Science and Technology University, among the staff there are 5 with doctor degree, over 30 with senior and middle professional title. In recent years along with the enhanced technical research non-circle large core slab molding machine has been developed in the company and qualified technically by Shandong Construction Administration, among which GLY380-1200 model for large span slab authenticated by Shandong Science and Technology administration as an invent leading the country, slab thickness from 30mm to 380mm, maximum width to 1200mm and length to 18 m. With such kind of machines construction materials can be used to satisfy large national and civil architecture project. There are over ten national patents in the company who is also one of the partners for the revision of national prestressed core slab standard in 2006, products here are nominated as a recommendation to customers now sold to different places in over ten provinces in China and exported to Bangladesh, Nigeria, Malaysia and etc, appraised as the honest enterprise, Class AAA enterprise by Zibo industry and commerce administration for its reputation of good quality and service.
