Introduction of compressed air after cooler

LNH series compressed air after cooler is to pre-cool the high temperature compressed air via the cooling medium, to satisfy the required inlet air quality for the drying purification equipment.

 

It can be classified air-cooled style and water-cooled style, separately be indicated as LNHF and LNHS

 

The characteristic of water cooled after cooler

1. 1.      the heat exchanging process adopt the air getting through the heating exchanging tube pass( double tube pass), cooling water getting through the shell pass


2. 2.      the heat-exchanging pipe adopts the high effective tooth thread cooper tube


3. 3.      the auto drainer is installed

u      Rated working pressure: 0.6~0.95MPa 

u      Cooling water temperature: 2°C~35°C(only for water cooling style)

u      Inlet air temperature:  ≤80°C             

u      Ambient temperature: 38°C(only for air cooling style)

u      Outlet air temperature   ≤45°C            

u      Pressure drop: ≤0.015MPa
