Characteristics

• Low heat conductivity: Rubber plastic insulation board is high-quality insulation and energy-saving material, and is the invincible opponent of cold insulation, thermal insulation and anti-condensation. Its low and stable heat conductivity makes an excellent thermal insulation effect to any thermal medium;


• Good fire proof performance: Rubber plastic material confirms to the National Standard GB8624, Building Materials Combustion Performance Analysis has tested and graded it as GB8624B1 Flame retardancy material;


• Closed-bubble structure: Rubber plastic is closed-bubble structure, and the moisture in external air can not permeate into material, so it has an excellent vapor permeation resistance, and cold insulation and thermal insulation will not need extra water vapor barrier. μ value of damp obstruction factor of rubber plastic is more than 3500 (ISO9346), which constitute the built-in water vapor layer, so that scratching will not influence the whole vapor proof effect. Rubber plastic is both insulation layer and damp proof layer;


• Thin material, space-saving: The service thickness of rubber plastic is 2/3 thinner than other insulation material, so it can save the space above ceiling of every floor, and improve the interior altitude;


• Long service life: Rubber plastic has properties of weather resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance, dry resistance, damp resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, ageing resistance for 25 years, deformation resistance, and long service life under maintainance-free;
