FAQ
Q1: What is the MOQ? if can buy less than MOQ?
A: Due to gel fuel fireplace is belong to dangerous cargo, can not allow to ship by LCL, only ship by full of container, so the MOQ normally always be one 20 ft container.
Q2:How to pack that in safety?
A: According to the dangerous cargo shipment required, normally pack them 72pc per ctn in safety standard.
Q3:How to Ship that?
A:Ship that by sea/ocean, such as Mearsk, Hanjin,MSC,MSK,etc, not all of shipping line would like to take that, only some of them, need to check according to your destination port before shipment. The sea freight is higher 30-35% to normal cargo, and will be higher for hot season normally.
Q4:What is the payment terms?
A: We accept TT 30% downpayment as deposit, balance be paid when loading by the copy of BOL within 14 days, also L/C at sight is workable.
Q5:What is the documents need for import?
A: We supply all of docs for your custom clearance, to make sure you import that cargo in safety, like MSDS,UL,TUV,EMSD,JIA,CNS,etc.
We have import broker in CA (USA), who can do all of import instead of you.like custom clearance, local freight arrange,logistic,etc.
