1. How can I get samples?

Pls send email to tell us what models , plug ,voltage ,quantity ,ect you need . As the samples of coffee maker  ,we always send customers color of black ,red and white for reference . If you need other colors ,pls inform us .

2. How much the courier freight will be charged for the samples?

Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, and carton size and your area. Our courier DHL will be save you 20% total courier charges because we have a long-term agreement. However,

you also can use your courier company to pick up.

3, How can I get your quotation sheet?

· Please send us your inquiry with our products model number by email , we will offer you our price list, offer sheet and order information within one working day.

4, Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

 Yes, your logo and company name can be printed on our products and packing, such as gift box, paper card, carton. We will ask for a minimum order quantity, if you want print your logo on our products and packing for free.

5. What’s your usual payment term for orders?

·T/T 30% as the deposit, and T/T 70% balance paid before loading.

6. What’s the warranty of your products?

·Usually we guarantee one year after delivery date, but depending on the specified product.
