 Laboratory powder mill introduction:

 

 Tencan planetary ball mill has the advantages as small volume, high efficiency, low noise and functional features , which is a ideal equipment for R&D institution, university, enterprises laboratory to get samples

 

 Our machine has four ball mill jars in a turnplate. The ball mill jars rotate with the turnplate when the turnplate rotates. And under the gear drive, the planetary ball mill jars do planetary motion  by central axis drive. The high speed movement of the milling media ball in the jar produces impact, shear, grinding force which can grind and mix the sample.

 

 

  Laboratory powder mill technical features:

 

• Stable revolving speed of the gear transmission ensure the consistency and repeatability of the experience.


• Four different size, different material samples can be produced at the same time.


• The speed can be adjusted as per the experience result. The frequency converter has undervoltage and over-current protection function to protect the motor.


• The planetary ball mill has timing power off, self-timing forward and inversion function. It can raise the efficiency by choosing one-way, alternately, continuously, timing and untiming operation.


• Our planetary ball mill is functional which has low barycenter, stable performance, compact structure, easy operation, reliable safety, low noise, low wastage.


• Safety switch is installed to avoid machine run when the  cover open

Oneyear warranty period shall be provided to any client who buys our products and related accessories. 

The following promises are valid within the warranty period which is calculated from time or date 

when the client or consumer takes delivery of machine, opens case, inspects machine and receives 

with signature. We promise to guarantee free replacement within one month, and guarantee free 

repair within one year

 

Client may enjoy free replacement within one month if any of following occurs:
1) The machine is broken in course of transportation;
2) Motor and frequency converter are burnt out;
3) The key part or main disk of the machine is seriously in failure.
