Product Description
6-S shaking table, as one of the gravity mining machines, is applicable not only to nonferrous metals, ferrous metals and rare metals minerals, like gold, tungsten, tin, tantalum, iron, manganese, chrome, titanium, bismuth and lead whose size ranges from 2-0.037mm, but also to the recovery of Au, Cu, Ag from various of slags, PCB, waste wire and cable, and battery scrap, as well as to pyrite whose size ranges from 4-0.037mm. By changing its grooves somehow, shaking table could be applied to some nonmetal mineral, like slack coal, coal slime, monazite, rutile, zircon sand, fluorite, silica etc, as well as other mixtures which have enough specific gravity and particle size differences.

Compared with the single deck shaking table, the double deck shaking table has following features:
>> Smaller floor area. That could reduce the cost on the construction area of the plant.
>> A larger capacity. Capacity of one double-layer shaking table is 2 times of that of a single layer shaking table, which could reduce your investment.
>> High cost-performance. The double-layer shaking table has a much favorable price than 2 sets of single layer shaking table.
>> Lower labor cost. In the condition of same quantity of shaking tables, the double-layer type only take half operators of that of one single layer shaking table.
Structure
Name: Deck / Table
There are 3 different deck designs available:
(1) The coarse ore deck for 0.5 mm to 2 mm;
(2) The fine sand deck for 0.074 mm to 0.5 mm;
(3) The slime deck for 0.05 mm to 0.074 mm | Name: Head motion / Driving device
Gold Washing Shaking Table is furnished with a totally enclosed self-oiling head motion of heavy cast iron to contain an oil reservoir for perfect splash lubrication. This feature protects the moving parts, reducing operating and maintenance costs to a minimum.

The double layer shaking table usually adopts the #28 channel steel support as it's the most stable support compared with #10 and #8 channel steel support.:

Each shaking table can be configured with the product collector if you would like. Thus it's unnecessary for you to make the collector after you get the machine.
