Polystyrene compactor Working Principle:
1,The waste material will be feed into the crusher on conveyer belt.
2,The foam material will be crushed by the blades and then fall down to the screw.
3,The material will be filtered by the screen under the blades, to ensure that only the small piece material will get into the screw.
4,And then the material will be pushed by the screw to the output mouth,and there is a hydraulic cylinder to press the material on the outlet to make the material into blocks.
5,Then the customer can get the screw compacted blocks. And if the customer needs, we can also offer the cutter to cut the blocks.
