1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company? 
    A:We are a factory with export license.

2.Q: Where is your Loading Port?

   A: Ningbo Port or Shanghai Port in China

3.Q: Can you provide OEM ODM service?
    A: Yes, available. We have professional designers and engineers support this service .

4.Q:How about your MOQ ?

 A ; Normally one kind of bottle MOQ is 10000 pcs . If one kind of bottle with two different designs , each 5000pcs is also acceptable . So MOQ is between 5000 -10000 pcs .

5. Q: How can I get some samples? 
    A: We are honored to offer you a small quantity of samples with free charge, but clients are expected to pay for the courier cost.

6.Q: What are your payment terms?
    A: Normally, 30% advance by T/T and balance paid off when buyer receive the copy of bill of loading .

7.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
A:

 a. Skillful workers care every detail in handling the producing and packing processes;

b: We Quality control Department is specially responsible for quality checking from all raw material to the finished goods in each process .;   

8. Q: How about your delivery time?  

A: Delivery time between 35 - 45 days . We have a strict production schedule. When we get an order, we’ll draw up a detailed schedule. After 3 days with all department confirmed, we will have an exact delivery date.

9. Q: sample time and sample fee

A: Single item sample time is 10 days, gift set sample time is 15 days.

Clients should cover the sample fee, when make order we will return back the sample fee.
