ADP- 2.5S2NB adapter converts NGFF (M.2) interface into a standard SATA interface, which allows NGFF (M.2) SSD to be used in a PC as a SATA SSD, and it can be connected to a standard SATA interface hard disk duplicator to do mass duplication.

ADP-2.5S2NB adapter is designed according to 22mm*80mm NGFF (M.2) SSD, if you use a different size SSD, please use ADP-S2NB.

FAQ
1. Q: How to pay?
A: There are four ways to pay.
1)Pay to company account, formal clearance to the Customs of China, 100% TT in advance.
2)Pay to HSBC, informal clearance to the Customs, normally take less time, 100% TT in advance.
3)Alibaba Escrow, this is a third party, like Paypal, customers pay to it first and it will hold the payment until the customers confirm good received.
4)Aliexpress, we have Aliexpress store, which customers can buy products of small amount, this is a good way to save the bank handling charge for customers.
2. Q: What IncoTerms can you accept? How about the shipping methods?
A: Normally, we do FCA, EXW, door to door, FOB, express delivery. This can be negotiated to each other.
There are many ways for shipping.
1)Use international express account of customer, such as DHL/Fedex/UPS.
2)Ship to designated forwarder of customer.
3)Ship by international express, normally DHL or Fedex, the shipping cost is included in PO.
4)Ship according to the way chosen by customer in Aliexpress.
3. Q: How long is the warranty?
A:
1) Duplicator/Programmer: One-years warranty for hardware, and lifetime to update software (normal firmware, customized software excluded). Cable and interface board is consumable, no warranty.
2) Adapter/riser card: normal use is 6 months warranty, if use for test, no warranty.
3) Test products: no warranty. If verdict is product self quality problem, we would repair free for customer.
4. Q: How to process a customized order?
A: First, we need to evaluate if we could do it for customer according to the requirement, and if we could, how long would it takes and how much is the cost.
Second, we need to confirm that customer could offer us the needed information in the process.
Third, we would make a SO (sales order), and if customer confirm the order and pay first (deposit according to the SO), we would start the case.
Fourth, ship the products to customer/ send the customized software to customer.
Fifth, after products received, pay the balance, if there is no problem. If problem exists, we would solve it and then pay the balance.
5. Q: Do you have agents or distributors?
A: Until now, we only have agents in China, but we have the import-export operation right, so we can trade with customer directly.
