    Pickling is imidazoline products. When using acid to clean metal, adding acid corrosion inhibitor, can inhibit the acid corrosion of steel. Corrosion Inhibitor Applications for the cleaning mediums which are hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, amino acid, the cleaning object is black metal. Pickling is applicable to various types of high ,mid-high and low voltage boilers and large equipment, pipe pickling. Acid corrosion ability (the dosage is 1-3 ‰) ,the corrosion speed≤ 1g/m2 • h.

3, Using method 

Add 1-3 kg of acid corrosion inhibitor into per ton of 5-10% hydrochloric acid , even mixing ,it can not be directly added into water, Open loop circulating pump to clean,in the cleaning process, add acid pickling as the proportion.

4, Package and Storage 

Normally in 25kg or 200kg plastic drum, Store in cool place indoors. Storage for ten months.
