The resin sand plant line

The resin sand is a molding and core making technology with which the mould and core sand will be

self-harded in the flask in certain time when added in certain amount glue.

At present, the foundry usually applies furan resin sand, ester-hardening alkaline phenolic resin sand

and pep-set resin sand (Acid cured furan resin sand, Ester cured alkaline phenolic resin sand and

Phenolic urethane resin sand).

S25 Double arm resin sand mixer

Mixing time short, no head or tail sand loss. The rotation of the double arms is flexible, and operation

All opening type sand mixing stirring cage wall, easy to clean and adjust the blade, easy operation

and simply maintenance.

Reduce the charging quantity of cementing agent, improve the quality of molding sand to get good

economic efficiency.

Resin sand product-line renewable machine
