Heat treatment process is made by vertical furnace. The mechanical properties of work piece are uniform.  Most of Machining process is made by CNC machine. The best tolerance will be controlled at 0.01mm. The company has a set of scientific and strict quality control system and passed the ISO9001 in 2005. Also, we obtained the honored of“The Third One Hundred Best Private Company of Luoyang "  in 2007 and got the National Patent in 2009. In addition, our company is appointed as a cooperator by Luoyang heat treatment commission.
