     Please provide the detais of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the

     offer at the first time. For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with trade

     manager of alibaba, Skype, E-mail or other instance ways, in case of any delays.

3. How long can I expect to get the samples?
     After paid the sample fee and send us confirmed files, samples will be ready in 5-7 working days.

     The sample will be sent to you via express and arrive in about 3-5days.

    After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
    Free for stock sample to check the design and quality, as long as you afford the express freight.
    For printing  sample, advanced sample fee $49 is required.
    It can be fully refunded if the final quantity of bulk order is over 10,000pcs.
 
5. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
    CDR, AI, PDF ect and we also can design for you by free.
 
6. What about the lead time for mass production?
     To be honest, it depends on the quantity.
     Generally 5-7 working days for quantity at 5,000pcs, 7-10 working days for about 10,000pcs.
