CNC Glass Double Heads Vertical Drilling Machine is designed with NC control system, including PLC, positioning module and touch screen, and AC servo system to achieve the accurate positioning on X, Y and Z Axis. After placing the glass on the transferring belt, input the drilling parameters, then press START button, the machine will position the glass automatically and drill all the holes, then stop work after finishing drilling. The 2 couples of drilling heads can work at the same time, or work separately. The features are high precision drilling, accurate sizes and high efficiency. It is the best choice for drilling of industrial and architectural glass.

1. Specifications and brand for main parts:

Base and vertical pillar use fine welding steel structure, the artificial aging treatment before assembling make sure it straight.

 

2. Timing belt is supplied by Megadyne from Italy or other suppliers, drilling heads transferring and supporting by ball screw and gliding guide track, servo motor drive. Accurate adjustment can move driller easily.

 

3. Use PLC control system, FX2N-20GM position module, double axis positioning.

 

4. Ball screw supplier is German STAR or other good quality transmission ball screw. Straight line rolling glide track is supplied by Taiwan ABBA and other good ones.

 

5. Main electronic parts:

Servo transmission motor driver, PLC programmable controller, data positioning module is Japanese Mitsubishi. Stopper photoelectric switch is German SIK. Human-computer interface 10.4 inch screen is WEINVIEW from Taiwan. Encoder is from Japanese Omron. Driller motor is from Guangdong kaiping xindongya. Other motor is from Shanghai Schneider Electric Industrial Control Co., Ltd, Juche Electronic appliance, Chint Electrics Co., Ltd.
