Rejects separator

Application:

It is mainly used in screening system as a part of waste paper processing line or used with other vibration screen. It can screen the rejects stock with high contents of light impurities.

Design Features:

Stock flows into impurity separator under normal pressure. Affected by the centrifugal force from high-speed rotating rotor, accepts are separated from the rejects by passing through the screen plate. At the same time, with the rotating effect of the rotor, accepts will flow into the next process and the rejects will be disintegrated again. Furthermore, the rejects will be flushed continuously with water in order to recycle the stock in the rejects.

Low energy consumption and cost reduction.

After processed, there are less fiber and less water in the rejects.
