The annual exhibitions at home and abroad

A: We are the real manufacturer.We have three real factories. The general headquarters is at shanghai, another two branches are at Jiangsu province. Our Langtuo brand was established at 2007 year. Other brands are Dizhuo, Iceder, Simpole.

A: Usually 100%T/T in advance, if the goods' valuve is under 3,000.00US. If over, 30% T/T in advance, 70% before shipment. For the new customer, we support you to use Alibaba tade insurance to protect the legal rights.

A: Generally it is 2-3 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-15 days, if the goods are not in stock. It is according to your quantity and if there is any customization involved. If we can finish your machines in advance, we will inform you timely.

A: Yes, of course. We will take videos and pictures at different prodcution stage of the process of your orders, you will get the lastest information in time.

A: Yes, we have special quality control department . QC has complete checking process. From raw material to finished machine, it will be checked 50 times at least. All the finished machines will be tested at least 7 days to ensure sufficient capacity and stable performance in the testing room. When you get the machine, you just need to connect the water and power supply to make ice.
