1.We could send our engineer to give a good training for about 4 days to enable the customers
to operate the machine in person,during which,the traveling expenses of our engineer shall be
paid for by customers.
2.Except the laser tube's artificial damage,we'll send back the alternative fittings to customers
for free after the testing when customers send the damaged fittings to us which are under warranty.
