The design and the manufacturing standard are according with the national standard<Anchorage, grip and coupler for prestressing tendons> and relevant industry standard. The index of the performance can meet:
1.Performance of anchor static loading:
Anchoring efficiency of the assembly part of anchor steel strand ηa≥0.95;
Limit strain of the assembly part of anchor strand steel εapu≥2%.
2.Performance of circle loading:
The component of the steel strand is about 100MPa/min speed. It is loading to 80% of the standard strength of steel strand, and then unload to 40%, load to 80% again, it repeats 50 cycles, the anchor and the steel strand are without damaging.
3.Performance of anchor:
Bearing 2 million circles loading, stress amplitude is 80 MPa , the limited stress is 65% of the standard strength of steel strand, the breaking area is not more than 5% original area after test.
4.Anchor inward≤5mm,anchor friction≤6%.
