This project includes 783 ETFE cushions and there are 20~22 cushions between each two right-handed screws. The whole area of the cushions is about 7060m2 and the biggest one is 42 m2 while the minimum one is about 0.5 m2.
The cushions of this project use three layers of ETFE to meet the requirement on the heat transfer coefficient (U-value=2.0W/m2K).There are several little holes on the middle layer of the cushions to make the air pressure of the bottom and top layer of cushions to meet the design requirements.
Three layers of ETFE membrane adopt silver dot printing to reduce the sunlight transmission rate of membrane structure. The printing coverage rate respectively are 63%,46% and 0.
