Company profile

We are AUDEMAR ADVANCED MANUFACTURING CO., LTD, have more than 8 manufacture experience, we have a complete set of mature production equipment system:  CUTTING - BENDING - WELDING - POLISHING , PUNCHING, MILLING & DRILLING.  We can design according to the customer requirements.

1) The company is mainly supply faberication parts to customers, and also take OEM project for finish products. The foreign trade business start from 2008,  total export value is about 60% of the turnover. Currently focus on 3 self-developed domestic products  - shower channel, shower post,flower planter

2) Cutting:  3m x 2m laser cutter,3m x 2m 5axels dynamic water jet cutter, can cut iron,coper,aluminium,stone,etc. capable on thick plate

3) Folding:   3 units from bending machines in factory, capable to do upto 3m sheet

4) Punching: totally 10 units from 15 to 120 tons punching machines in factory, capable to do punching on fine(mirror) surface

5) Welding: Using jigs to control dimensions, strong in stainless steel products

6) Polishing: The polishing quality is OK, mainly on Stainless steel products surface

7) Assemmbly: have one 25 meters long assemble line, electronic tools, not frequently use

8) Mould making: the moulds are made inside factory.

9) Surface treatment: Zinc plating, Powder coating, Electronic anaylisis all process in their sub contract supplier out side factory.

10) Laboratory: have salt spray testing equipment, dimension measure equipment  thickness measure equipment in their factory

11) Product quality: good in stainless steel products

12) Quality control: Has the basic quality control from material, process to delivery , have site records on lines.
