0.76mm clear PVB FILM

PVB Film is a macromolecule material made with Polyvinyl Butyral Butyral resin plasticized and extruded by plasticizer and additives,and mainly used for producing laminated safety glass.

PVB film is used widely in Architectural glass,Automotive glass and bullet proof glass.

PVB Film Size:

1. Automotive Grade PVB film/Interlayer:

1)Automotive Grade PVB film is the main material to produce windshield.

2)The Color can be Clear,F green,Green on Clear,Blue on Clear,Gray on Clear,Green on F green,Blue on F green,Gray,Gray Black and so on.

2. Architectural Grade PVB film/Interlayer:

1)Architectural Grade PVB film has wide range usage in the field of architectural glass,such as construction wall,cover grid,show wind,bank counter,screen of steel-smeding furnace and bulletproof glass and so on.

2)The Color can be Clear, Milky White,Gray,Red,Green,Yellow,Blue,Brown,Purple,Black, Porcelain White,F green and so on.

1)Every layer of PVB film rolls should be separated by PE film and vacuumed by aluminum foil,and put into wooden cases. The finishes qualified product is enclosed with the conformity certificate. Packing list etc.

2)Transportation and Storage:

Avoid exposing to the sun and rain and vigorous shaking during transportation.
The product should be stocked in clean warehouse. It is prohibited to keep the product under direct sunlight.
