Production Flow
The cylinders heat treatment production line is fully automatic. Besides, it is the more advanced heat treatment production line in China. It is easy to set the beat of prodction and temperature. The heat treatment craft is recorded during the whole process.
The CNC cutomma lathe is specially desighed by manufacturers. The machine is with whole bed and of high positioning accuracy. Moreover, the error of thread machining is small so that it can meet the dedicated processing requirements of cylinder's thread home and abroad.
The inner wall of blasting machine uses a new and improved steel shot circulatory system, which saves the compressd air and improve efficiency. The treatment effect of inner wall fully meet the requirements of the use of industrial cylinders.
