Brief Introduction of HDPE Pipe Hot Melt Welding Machine

 

The welding machine is a butt fusion welding machine featuring automatic alignment, light weight, firmness and portability. It is available for welding of PE, PP and plastic pipes and pipe fittings, widely applied in welding of high-pressure water and gas delivery, chemical engineering and other liquid pipelines.

 

 

The host has double-side double-chuck device whose functions can be realized through two hydraulic cylinderse. It is equipped with non-leakage quick connector. The main body can be fixed through the position movement of the pinch plate to achieve the welding of the straight welding pipe and T pipe fittings.

 

 

The hydraulic system is lightweight, adopting the open structure, convenient for maintenance, equipped with a chuck open/close control operation lever. The pressure control valve can offer the accurate welding pressure.

 

The plane cutter can carry out the work through the electric-driven chain and implement the outward cutting.

 

The heating plate adopts the PTPE coating with the separated-type t emperature digital display,equipped with timer, a voltage meter, a digital display control switch, a group of safety protection switches and two powder sockets.

 

Milling cutter/heating plate support is equipped with a placement box in order to protect the plane cutter & heating plate. It is also furnished with a wooden delivery box so as to take care of the equipment.
