1. R4250 angle cut 45 degree automatic metal band saw machine  used series apply to cutting large batch same material , and the machine have the advantage of high cutting speed , high efficiency , work stable , energy saving and saving material. Can install a small beam clamping device.

2. Machine adopts manual, full automatic and matches emergency off device function. Hydraulic feed-in and tight clamping work. Step less adjustable, automatic power off and protect the equipment after finished cutting.

3. Man-machine interface replace the function of traditional control panel, digital setting, indicator lamp etc. display the equipment state, operation instruction and parameter setting at any time. All the setting are finished through the man-machine interface and all the information are English, easy to operate.

4. PLC (programmable logic controller) set the cutting / sawing whole process automatically.

5. Feeding length of material was controlled by grating ruler tolerance less than 0.2 mm, can set 5 groups sawing parameter by once.

6. Can increase the rotating angle function as customers’ requests.

7. CNC Cutting Machine Mainly used for cutting various kinds of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal.With the advantages of narrow saw cut, saving material, energy-saving, the structure of the machine tools is reasonable and reliable performance and high precision.
