 The main advantage of this technology of spraying concrete is, in particular, its top rate of discharge from the jet (up to 30 m/s) which enables perfect consolidation of the concrete mixture and high strength of the sprayed concrete. Another important feature is the long distance transfer which enables the application of concrete mixture at hard to access places (up to 200 m horizontally and 20 m vertically).

2.Rubber Sealing Plate: Adopt nature rubber, working time can meet 400m3.For the normal kind can only meet 130m3.

3.Rotor Disk: Casting by quality carbide tools, The working time is 3-5 times than normal kinds, and can meet 600-800m3, it's prefect for the rotor type shotcrete machine.
