ZH-880PFT-H Pre-folding Type Automatic Folder Gluer 

- It is designed for paperboard box (striaght line type)

- With prefolding part which for easy open the box for further work

- Line Speed: 0-300m/min.

Feature:

1) ZH-880PFT-H is upgraded wit high speed. The main equipments are:  Schneider Electric/Tranducer, Japanese Nitta belts and bearing etc. 

2) The machine speeds up to 300m/min.

3) It is running steady with strengthened single-side driving system, and eays for maintenance.

4) Pressing unit with pneumatic design. And the upper belt is able to work separately. Pressing also by a sponge belt in this section to keep out-put in a perfect condition. 

5) Small box like out-put size at 30mm is also able to be done after the special design. 

6) The machine is able to fold and glue straight line boxes. In the pre-folding part, the 1st fold at 135°, the 3rd fold at 90°. The 2nd&4th fold at 180° 

7) PLC system and touch screen for easy operation. Out-put quantity/speed/counting etc is able to set by this system.Counting through photo-electric sensor&electromagnet kicking.

8) Grinders are provided in both side of machine, to help gluing more stable and firm.
