warranty, we only charge for the basic costs of parts.

3. We regularly follow up the service condition of products, and timely analyze and copy with the feedbacks. As for the disputes, we will figure out effective actions to reach mutual satisfaction.

Which payment terms can we accept?

Normally we can work on T/T term or L/C term.

1.On T/T term,30% deposit is required in advance,and 70% balance paid by T/T after machine inspection and before dispatch.

2.On L/C terms,30% deposit is required in advance,the 70% balance can by irrevocable L/C at sight.

3.On L/C terms,100% by irrevocable L/C at sight.

1.For 90% of our shipment,we will go by sea,to all main continents such as South America,Middle East,Africa,Oceania,Southeast Asia and Europe etc,either by container or Bulk shipment.

2.For neighborhood countries of China,such as Russia,Mongolia,Kazakhstan,Uzbekistan etc,we can ship machinery by road of railway.

3.For the spare parts in urgent demand,we can ship it by international courier service,such as DHL,UPS,TNT or Fedex.
